Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Multi Skilled Technician. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs of building services plant and building fabric, including tasks that require multi-skilled expertise.
  • Accurately complete and submit maintenance records, including log sheets and PPM task sheets, to ensure minimal penalties are imposed on ISS.
  • Respond promptly to tasks allocated by our helpdesk and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes, procedures, and service requirements within the scope of your duties.
  • Work safely and efficiently, adhering to permit-to-work systems and maintaining high standards of safety.
  • Liaise with trust staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive working relationship.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Post-apprenticeship experience in a relevant trade.
  • Minimum C&G craft qualification in core trade.
  • Health and Safety training in relevant areas.
  • HTM knowledge is preferred.
