Job Opportunity: Hygiene Operative with Counterbalance

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hygiene Operative with an in-date Counterbalance certificate to join our team at a leading warehouse in Rugby.

As a Hygiene Operative, you will be responsible for moving around the warehouse floor, clearing plastics, cardboard, packaging materials, and metal residue. This is a straightforward role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Hold a valid Counterbalance certificate
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Live in Rugby and be able to commit to a daily shift without fail

This role offers:
