About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team at RoBAT Limited. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for assisting with procurement and office administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming requisitions and purchase orders
  • Purchase goods and services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets
  • Support other relevant departments and communicate any supply risks and problems
  • Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and activities
  • Prepare and raise purchase orders and maintain order schedules
  • Process purchasing from quotation, order through to timely delivery
  • Arrange international shipping via major couriers
  • Responsible for goods in, including matching delivery notes to purchase orders
  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Provide administrative support for all UK departments, including Finance, Technical, and R&D
  • Provide administrative support for senior staff, including the Managing Director
  • Filing and archiving
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • 2 years minimum experience in a customer service/purchasing role or similar
  • Computer literate, proficient user of Microsoft suite of packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Analytical and numerically astute
  • Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and achieve goals
  • Willingness to use the phone
  • Self-driven, focused, results and quality oriented
  • Team player, innovative with sound judgment and solutions driven
  • Effective communication, both verbally and in written form
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • An excellent eye for detail
  • Problem-solving skills, including analysis, evaluation, communication, decision-making, and creativity
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience of ERP/MRP systems
  • Experience of working in an office administrative role
