**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a varied caseload within the Corporate or Commercial Department, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Engage in business development activities to contribute to the growth of the team and firm, identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Requirements**

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong track record of success in a Corporate or Commercial Department.
  • Minimum of 5 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) with a deep understanding of business law and commercial practices.
  • Previous experience in a Corporate or Commercial Department, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
