Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and develop a great store team.
- Customer Service: Drive customer service standards in your store.
- Sales and Profitability: Drive sales in store and ensure site profitability.
- Financial Management: Manage your P&L and control costs.
- Brand Standards: Maintain company and product brand standards as well as adhere to H&S guidelines.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve store and company KPIs.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 months experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Department Manager in a strong retail environment.
