About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our Accident Repair Bodyshop Team at Rubber Duck Cars in Portsmouth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess a wide range of vehicles using Audatex and calculate costings and time required for repairs accurately and professionally.
  • Liaise regularly with insurance engineers, write job cards, and contact customers to provide updates.
  • Carry out high-volume repairs to BSI PAS 10125 standards.
Requirements
  • Plan workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready for agreed timescales.
  • Work skilfully and safely under pressure.
  • Carry out work in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
  • Work as part of a team and on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Be flexible in your approach.
  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
  • Prior experience as a VDA / Estimator in a Bodyshop environment is essential.
