Commercial Gas/Mechanical Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Gas/Mechanical Supervisor to lead a team of engineers in the London Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of commercial gas systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and complete reports as required by management
  • Liaise with store managers to identify and resolve issues
  • Ensure all engineers have the necessary qualifications and certifications, including ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications and Domestic Gas Qualifications
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance
  • Collaborate with on-site management teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Ensure all engineers have the necessary skills and knowledge to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A as a minimum
  • ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications CCN, CENWAT, CPA as a minimum
  • Full Driving License as this is a mobile role
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
