Job Title: Family Solicitor - Private Practice
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Solicitor to join our team at LR Legal Recruitment. As a Family Solicitor in our private practice, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation to clients in the field of Family Law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide competent advice, assistance, and representation to clients in Family Law matters
- Manage client work in accordance with detailed procedures and quality standards
- Conduct file reviews and complete necessary paperwork
- Ensure fees paid by private clients are used appropriately and in the best interest of the client
- Take responsibility for and attend to your own training needs
- Supervise and mentor junior colleagues
- Commit to high-quality private and legal aid work
- Deal with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those with learning disabilities and mental health issues
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Family Law and Court of Protection categories of law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
