Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide financial guidance and support to staff members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial management
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in finance or a related field
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit or public sector organization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
