Position Overview:
As a key player in our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of packing machinery, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in our snack manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and set up packing machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute film changes and operate all functions of packing and autocoding equipment.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, maintaining a clean workspace at all times.
- Report any defects or incidents to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Performance Management:
- Achieve set targets for waste and quality control.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to production lines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate across shifts and departments.

Qualifications:
