As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to deliver person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being while complying with CQC standards.
You will collaborate closely with the management team and fellow Nurses to provide exceptional nursing care grounded in evidence-based practices.
Furthermore, you will oversee and mentor care assistants to guarantee the delivery of professional care.
The ideal candidate will possess a 1st or 2nd level registration on the relevant section of the NMC register, a valid NMC Pin number, and proof of PREP hours.
