Branch Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in the Cardigan area.

Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is looking for a Branch Manager who can develop relationships, lead a team, and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Coaching and supporting the team to achieve success and promote continuous improvement
• Collaborating with the wider network to support customer requirements and business activities
• Adapting services to meet customer needs and expectations in line with Jewson's values
• Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing proactive advice and solutions
• Developing effective relationships with suppliers
• Staying up-to-date with local market trends to support sales growth
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular stock counts
