Recovery Lead - RN/ODP - Ramsay Health Care Clinical

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recovery Lead to join our Theatre team at Ramsay Health Care Clinical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of efficient, individualized patient care in our 40-bed inpatient unit and day-case facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with our Theatre team to ensure seamless patient care and recovery processes
  • Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to optimize patient outcomes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Adhere to all Ramsay Health Care Clinical policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of clinical care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements

  • Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  • Recovery experience - 3 Years +
  • ALS qualification is desirable
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Passion for delivering an excellent patient-focused service
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Demonstrated computer skills
