The Role

We're looking for a Bar Team Member to join our team at Fever & Boutique Exeter. As a Bar Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering a great experience to our guests. This includes welcoming and engaging every guest, preparing and serving high-quality food and drink, and making recommendations that elevate guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage every guest, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and drink, meeting our high standards
  • Make recommendations that elevate guest experiences, increasing customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues, adhering to health and safety protocols

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must be at least 18 years old, as it involves the sale of alcohol.

About the Venue

Fever & Boutique Exeter has two rooms, providing twice the fun. We're open five nights a week until late, with a great mix of students and partygoers. Our VIP booths are delivered by our dedicated VIP Team, offering the best guest experience while having all the fun at the same time.
