You'll be part of a team that:
- Assists residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care. Recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents
- Supports residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
- Is part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes
- Communicates with residents' families, friends and other healthcare professionals
As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the nursing team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You'll also be involved in monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes to the nursing team.
