About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our customers in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customers with all aspects of their personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting customers with medication management and meal preparation
  • Helping customers with daily living tasks, such as household chores and laundry
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to customers
  • Documenting and reporting customer information to ensure seamless care delivery
