About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Charles Tyrwhitt. As a Field Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for implementing effective visual merchandising in our stores to maximise sales and work closely with our Visual Merchandising team to deliver brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies in stores to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Work closely with the Retail Head Office team to train and coach Store Managers on delivering brand expectations
  • Analyse stock packages and work with the Buying and Merchandising departments to create seasonal visual merchandising directives
  • Manage and collaborate with the launch of visual merchandising directives with our Top Tier stores
  • Travel to stores for up to 4 days per week with overnight stays for larger projects
Requirements

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within premium menswear. You will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills, and a creative flair with a natural ability to understand and implement a creative brief. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, is essential for the role.
