We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team at Talent Sure Recruitment Limited. As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Retentions and Sales teams to ensure all relevant paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with FCA regulations.

• Support Retentions and Sales teams with administrative duties, including data entry and document management.
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date, adhering to FCA requirements and customer risk.
• Update systems with full and accurate information, maintaining high levels of data integrity.
• Build relationships with 3rd party Insurers and Underwriters, fostering strong partnerships.
• Provide support to customers regarding policy paperwork, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Previous experience working in a FCA or Insurance role, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent administration skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
