Key Responsibilities- Production Line Oversight: Directly responsible for the overall performance of the assigned value stream, ensuring that all associates are fully engaged in improving the performance of each production line.
- Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction to the Value Stream team, ensuring that all team members are motivated and empowered to achieve their best.
- Process Optimization: Lead and optimize processes to ensure the highest possible standards are met, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with engineering, supply chain, finance, quality, and other functional areas to meet or exceed customer needs.
- Performance Metrics: Report, improve, and lead KPI metrics for each value stream, including RTY, Efficiency, UPPH, Uptime, Productivity, and Flexibility.
- Team Development: Develop associates through the IC (Intellectual Capital) process and drive business Mission, Vision, Purpose, and Shared Values.
- Education: HND - Degree in Mechanical / Production / Electronic / Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing line management role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Techniques, 6 Sigma trained, experience of creating SOP, Work Instruction and Procedures, and knowledge of SAP.
- Personal Attributes: Development of Personnel, Delegation, Facilitation, Teamwork and Cooperation, Presentation skills, Written Communications, Action Oriented, Performance Focus, Planning, Follow Through, Analytical Thinker, Decision-Making Skills, Organized, Self-Development, Self-Confidence, Flexible, and Comfortable with innovation.
