Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls, sending emails, and organizing video conferences to showcase our products and services.
- Proactively following up and nurturing inquiries generated through various lead generation channels.
- Focusing on business expansion from current clients while generating new opportunities by engaging with existing database contacts and reaching out to new specifiers and end users.
Additionally, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining CRM records to document all activities and relevant follow-up actions.
Ideal Candidate Attributes- Creative background (preferably a degree or equivalent in a creative discipline such as graphic design).
- Professional customer service demeanor with an excellent telephone presence.
