Key Responsibilities- Support the Cluster Manager and Cluster Operations Manager by managing functions within the cluster.
- Deliver a consistent and customer-focused service.
- Ensure effective deployment of resources to meet operational needs.
- Ensure the delivery of cluster performance management objectives.
- Maintain effective working relationships with the judiciary, supporting agencies, voluntary and user groups.
- Provide direction and close support to local managers, setting local priorities consistent with the business plan.
- Identify process improvements and manage associated risks.
- Ensure that Governance, risk management registers, and contingency plans are updated.
- Ensure compliance with HMCTS values, policies, and procedures.
- Identify and assess local training needs and ensure training is delivered.
- Identify and implement solutions to local problems.
- Develop local communication plans for target audiences.
- Provide coaching to support and develop staff.
- Ensure the application of MoJ HR policies and procedures.
The Ministry of Justice offers Hybrid Working arrangements where business needs allow. All employees will be expected to spend a minimum of 60% of their working time in an office. Flexible working hours are also available.
Benefits- Annual Leave: 25 days on appointment, increasing to 30 days after five years.
