Job Overview

Prospero Group is a leading recruitment agency within the education sector, specializing in connecting talented educators with top-notch educational institutions. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage with top talent, including teachers and teaching assistants, through various channels such as job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process from initial client briefing and candidate sourcing to interviews, offers, and placement.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with schools and educational institutions, expanding our client base.
  • Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them succeed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all candidates are fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements before placement.

About You

  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the education sector, with a strong understanding of the challenges and demands of placing teaching staff in schools.
  • Sales-Driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Organised: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Passionate: A genuine passion for education and making a positive impact in the sector.
