At EG Group, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader to join our Head Office team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of our accounts payable processes, leading and motivating a team of Accounts Payable Specialists, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and credits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Accounts Payable Specialists to ensure efficient and accurate processing of invoices and credits.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance the accounts payable process.
  • Develop and maintain effective controls and procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and credits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any queries or issues.
  • Assist with the integration of new technologies and systems to improve the accounts payable process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
