Key Responsibilities- Perform pre-move in snagging and de-snagging checks with development colleagues and contractors
- Conduct home demonstrations and attend contractual end of defects inspections
- Provide an efficient and effective customer care service from pre-construction to handover and occupation
- Proactively manage customer relations of all new build properties within your area of responsibility
- Collaborate with other teams to build meaningful relationships and find creative solutions to issues
- Experience in defects resolution, aftercare, or repairs within social housing or a private background
- Strong eye for detail to check legal and other documents for accuracy
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and set realistic expectations
- Knowledge of building regulations and building safety for residential construction
- Experience in the construction process and project management
- 30 days' annual holiday plus bank holidays
