Job Title: Analysis Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Analysis Analyst to join our team at PRA Group, a dynamic and growing company that has a significant impact on the global economy.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing processes that support the deployment of contact strategies for the UK business, ensuring that all controls are in place to mitigate potential risks to the business. This role requires enthusiasm to learn new processes quickly and effectively communicate proposals or solutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be able to translate business requirements into robust and reliable processes, utilizing their technical experience to ensure the implementation of efficient, successful, and repeatable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize operational strategy processes, focusing on customer contact selection, digital strategy, customer tracing, and data enrichment.
  • Support Strategy Deployment team activities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct business and process analysis to define business needs and work with Operations & Support colleagues to deliver required strategic solutions.
  • Eradicate manual data-oriented processes and workarounds from the business.
  • Support periodic data-oriented processes, including New Business book-ons, CRA Reporting, Arrears Process management, Month-end requirements, Call scoring, Portfolio performance reporting, and Test and Learn activities.
  • Support maintenance, development, and testing of the In-House CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Decision Science (modelling) team to ensure robust execution/deployment of operational scorecards into contact strategies.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
