Audit & Accounts Senior Job Opportunity

Public Practice Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Audit & Accounts Senior to join its dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of accounts, preparing financial statements, and providing audit services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of accounts, utilizing software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
  • Prepare financial statements to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide office-based and occasional on-site audit work, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Prepare corporate tax computations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members, overseeing a small team with confidence and expertise.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for queries and advice.
  • Network and collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and development.

Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified with demonstrable experience in audit.
  • Proven ability to lead a small team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical expertise in software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
