Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests and colleagues, demonstrating a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Ensure all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are professionally cleaned before and after use, and maintain a clean and tidy service area.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen work areas, including cooking utensils, during and after use, and remove kitchen waste to the designated area.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen area, ensuring it is ready for the next service.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Operate cleaning machinery as trained and in accordance with company policy.
  • Comply with all company and unit policies regarding Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling, and COSHH.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
