Exciting Opportunity as a Financial Analyst
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our team at RPS Group and provide essential support to the Finance Business Partner and Senior Finance Business Partner. Your role will involve maintaining the financial health of our division and collaborating with local Operational Directors & Managers.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Financial Analyst in a fast-paced finance department. If you are a quick learner with great attention to detail and a proactive approach to work, this position is perfect for you. We are seeking a team player who can communicate effectively and build strong working relationships to contribute to a positive team culture.
This permanent position is located at our headquarters. We offer study support for AAT or ACCA/CIMA qualifications, as appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze month-end financial reports for accountability centers
- Analyze project performance within accountability centers
- Provide explanations for significant trends or variations
- Support debt review calls and assist with query resolution
- Review aged unbilled accounts and facilitate invoicing
- Input accruals, prepayments, and other journals
- Assist in the annual budget process
- Coordinate monthly tasks and special projects
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Financial Analysis preferred
- Knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
- Advanced Excel skills
