Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the contract, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver facilities management services.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the workplace is safe for all employees and clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 years minimum experience in a facilities management role.
  • Qualifications: City & Guilds in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Health and Safety qualification, SMSTS, CSCS Managers black card.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, strong problem-solving skills.
