We are currently seeking a Cost Estimator Specialist to join our team. While the team operates from a central location, this position allows for remote work, making it accessible from anywhere in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Bills of Costs
  • Developing Costs Budgets
  • Creating N260 Statements of Costs
  • Offering cost-related guidance to clients
  • Negotiating Bills and Budgets with opposing parties
  • Drafting Points of Dispute and Responses
  • Representing in Court for Costs Management Hearings and Detailed Assessment Hearings
  • Preparing and submitting Part 8 and Interim Payment Applications.

Familiarity with CostsMaster / idraft software is preferred, and membership in the Association of Costs Lawyers is advantageous, though not mandatory.
