Commissioning Engineer Job Description

CV Library is seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to verify electrical installations and identify potential issues.
  • Configure and calibrate electronic data acquisition, electrical, and mechanical systems to meet client requirements.
  • Optimize PID control loops for standard automotive applications.
  • Collaborate with development engineers to test and validate bespoke control software.
  • Develop and implement commissioning procedures and schedules.
  • Work on-site in the UK and overseas, with occasional travel required.

We are looking for a Commissioning Engineer with a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with software development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a UK driving license.
