Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing bespoke estate planning strategies for a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals
  • Drafting intricate Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney tailored to client needs
  • Overseeing the management of estates and trusts
  • Preparing Trust documentation while offering insights on tax implications and compliance
  • Facilitating business succession planning for proprietors
  • Assisting colleagues with complex legal matters

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Proficiency in self-assessment tax returns
  • Membership in SFE and/or STEP is highly advantageous
