Job Title: Bid Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Manager to join our team at Nybor Ltd. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading the bid management process from start to finish, ensuring that our proposals are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Manage the bid process, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Write and edit high-quality bid documents, including proposals and presentations
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop bid strategies
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage bid budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bid management, preferably in the Security Systems industry
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality bid documents
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective bid strategies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
