About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Group M Worldwide Inc. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of the media and marketing landscape, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients to position Group M Worldwide Inc. as a principal business partner.
    • Solicit feedback and operate like a consultant to build client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Design and deliver overall strategic approaches on accounts to meet client business objectives and strategies.
  • Project Management
    • Manage large projects and ensure seamless day-to-day management of clients, projects, and relationships.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class client service, media, and marketing planning expertise.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in managing large projects and developing strong relationships with senior clients.
    • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, and media owners.
  • Skills
    • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong understanding of the media and marketing landscape, including digital media and its integration with other channels.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with specialist teams to design plans and drive business growth.
  • Education
    • Relevant degree in a field such as marketing, business, or communications.
