Exciting Opportunity for a Commercial Insurance Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SME/Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our busy Commercial team within our Insurance Broking business. The role will be office based out of our Manchester Headquarters.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Handler who is looking to develop their career and wants to be part of a driven and motivated team. You will be responsible for offering first-class service and help maintain and build relationships with our new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full cycle of insurance, from New Business, to Servicing and Renewal of the policy.
  • Work with our customers to understand their business and meet their insurance demands and needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to the team and work well within a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2yrs experience working within SME/Commercial Insurance.
  • Genuine desire to want to improve team & individual performance.
  • Great people skills, can build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong PC skills, confident in using systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
