About the RoleAs a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Burger King, you will play a key role in driving the success of our restaurants. You will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated crew members, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team of crew members
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective marketing and promotions
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
