ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse at a Barchester independent mental health facility, you will utilize your empathy and expertise to provide the high-quality care and support we are recognized for.

Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team, you will offer care and assistance to patients exhibiting complex and occasionally challenging behaviors.

Your role will be pivotal in enhancing patients' quality of life by ensuring their needs are met, treating each individual with dignity and respect.

This involves taking the time to listen to our patients and overseeing the delivery of exceptional nursing care.

As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Barchester, you will enjoy the independence and authority necessary to make a significant impact.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

To be considered for the position of Senior Nurse (RMN/RNLD), you must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse with current NMC registration.

We expect a thorough understanding of clinical practices along with a solid grasp of CQC standards and frameworks.
