Clearance: Active SC or DV Clearance Required

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to spearhead critical initiatives in cyber risk mitigation within the cybersecurity sector. This position is tailored for individuals with a robust background in Defence, Naval, Maritime, or Military domains, aiming to lead significant projects that address cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute cyber risk mitigation initiatives, focusing on cultural shifts, automation of risk management processes, and conducting cybersecurity assessments.
  • Manage the Cyber Risk Kanban, ensuring efficient task prioritization and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate briefings and maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities in accordance with client standards.
  • Offer strategic insights and mentorship to junior staff, collaborating with diverse teams to adapt to emerging cybersecurity challenges.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in project management within the Defence or Cyber Security fields.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cyber risk mitigation and transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Kanban, Waterfall, and Agile.
