Position Overview: Are you an Educational Support Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity? Empowering Learning is collaborating with a reputable secondary institution that is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team.

Role Responsibilities: This full-time position involves a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Providing support to the entire class, as well as offering assistance in small groups and on a one-to-one basis.
  • Building positive relationships with students to foster a conducive learning environment.
  • Engaging with students to support their learning and development.

Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum Level 2 qualification.
  • Experience working within educational settings in the UK.
  • Proven ability to support children in a classroom environment.
  • Strong behavior management skills and the capability to establish rapport with students.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various roles and responsibilities.
  • Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is advantageous.
