Role Overview

As a Fund Monitoring Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various sectors, including residential, healthcare, commercial, leisure, student accommodation, industrial, and hotels. Your attention to detail and passion for construction and finance will be essential in evaluating project stages, conducting regular site visits, and collaborating with stakeholders to produce comprehensive reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Assessment: Evaluate all project stages, from cost estimates to risk management, to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Regular Inspections: Conduct monthly site visits to monitor progress, adherence to budget, and schedule, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with valuers, solicitors, and stakeholders to produce detailed progress and financial reports, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and suggest mitigation strategies to safeguard client interests and ensure project success.
