Pub Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our team at The Black Lion, a renowned pub and dining room in North London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring seamless execution of events and services.
• Lead a dedicated team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Hotel Manager to drive sales, improve stock results, and enhance overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.

About You:

We are looking for a seasoned hospitality professional with a minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role. You should possess a bubbly and friendly personality, be passionate about beer and food, and have a natural flair for delivering exceptional customer service. A can-do attitude, leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
