Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Ayr. As a key member of our repair process, you'll conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage, provide accurate repair estimates, and liaise with customers and internal teams.

- Keep detailed records of assessments, estimates, and repair progress.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar role in the automotive repair industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, including familiarity with various makes and models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for estimating and assessment purposes.
- Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate and thorough assessments.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g. ATA VDA accreditation) would be advantageous.
