Job Role

We are looking for a dedicated Change Manager to oversee Configuration and Change Management (CCM) initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

  • Directing CCM initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establishing and enforcing standard procedures for Configuration and Change Management.
  • Enhancing CCM processes and ensuring adherence to the Configuration Management Plan.
  • Reviewing and approving compliance statements related to CCM requirements.
  • Identifying and proposing solutions for CCM challenges.
  • Monitoring CCM Performance Indicators and implementing necessary actions.
  • Leading a team of Configuration and Change Managers.
  • Overseeing Configuration and Change activities, including the identification and management of items under configuration control.
  • Facilitating the management of Change Requests, ensuring effective monitoring and prioritization in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the rail or engineering sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of Configuration and Change Management principles.
  • Experience in Business Process, Project, Risk, and Requirements Management.
  • Familiarity with CCM tools such as ALM, Clear Quest, Clear Case, among others.
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A strong commitment to process enhancement and adherence to standards.
