About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to patients with complex and sometimes challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and supervise the delivery of excellent nursing care to patients with mental health conditions
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for staff
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current NMC registration. You will have a strong understanding of clinical practices and a knowledge of CQC requirements and frameworks. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
