About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect to join our team at Get the Cream LTD. As a key member of our design consultancy, you'll be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, managing budgets, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality, sustainable designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from ideation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Manage budgets, scope out quotes, and maintain profit margins
  • Develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute
  • Excellent design skills, with a focus on sustainability and community engagement
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and Revit
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
