About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Swindon St Andrew's Nursery.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the staff in your room, ensuring that every individual child's needs are met, and providing developmentally challenging next steps.

About the Job

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs
  • Taking ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS
  • Guiding and managing the team in your room
  • Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
