Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and thorough analysis of monthly financial statements.
- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheets.
- Collaboration with Operations to prepare forecasts and budgets.
- Analysis of capital expenditures and development of business cases.
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure precise financial reporting and support business development.
- Assisting with the annual audit process.
- Acting as a financial partner to Contract Managers, providing insights to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Ensuring compliance with Group financial policies across all contracts.
- Overseeing general finance operations, including invoicing and monitoring systems.
- Collaborating with sales teams to assess the profitability of commercial tenders.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Full qualification as an ACCA, ACA, or CIMA Accountant.
- Experience in a commercial or professional setting, with familiarity in financial systems such as SAP, SAGE, or Workday.
- Expertise in multi-site account management and business partnering.
- Exceptional spreadsheet proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Financial analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Broad system knowledge, ideally with Workday or SAP.
- Self-motivation and operational insight.
