Position: Heating and Plumbing Specialist

Location: Romford (RM1 2PT)

Role Responsibilities:

In the capacity of our Heating and Plumbing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing installations in both new and existing structures across East London and surrounding areas.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing installations in occupied properties
  • Prioritizing client and tenant satisfaction, as customer service is paramount to our operations
  • Identifying opportunities for additional work and making recommendations
  • Completing necessary documentation and online forms
  • Maintaining, servicing, and repairing various Water, Drainage, and Ventilation systems on-site

Candidate Profile:

To qualify for the Heating and Plumbing Specialist position, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Capable of establishing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders

Experience:

  • Significant experience in commercial troubleshooting and repairs
  • Thorough understanding of various Drainage systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Waste pumps, pipe installation, and repairs
  • Familiarity with PDA devices and company software

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 NVQ / City and Guilds in plumbing or equivalent experience
  • NICEIC Domestic Ventilation certification (preferred)
  • BPEC Water Supply (Water fittings) Regulations: 1999
  • CSCS Card (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Valid clean driving license
