About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Utilize the latest tools and technologies to maximize equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Uphold all health and safety policies and practices, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Support the development and progression of onsite apprentices, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and best practices across our EU sites.
A Day in the Life

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineer, you will work on-site, responding quickly to any machinery issues that arise. You will perform a range of planned preventative maintenance tasks to ensure our equipment is working safely and efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to suggest long-term improvements and work with senior colleagues to implement changes.

You will work on a range of shifts to ensure our sites are supported around the clock, allowing us to deliver at the speed we're known for.

About the Team

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers. We work together to ensure our equipment is performing at its best, from installing automated packaging systems to overseeing general maintenance and repairing key distribution equipment.
