Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons that cater to the needs of our students.
  • Maintain a well-organized classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
  • Work effectively with other members of staff to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Comply with the school's policies and procedures, and implement them reliably.
  • Manage student welfare and behaviour, promoting a positive and respectful learning environment.
  • Engage with parents, carers, and external stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and enhance the school's reputation.
Requirements:
  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.
  • Recent experience as a Nursery Teacher in a primary or preschool setting.
  • Good level of classroom and behaviour management.
  • Experience working with SEND is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students towards achieving excellence.
